Accredited pathology. Australian samples are collected and analysed by Laverty Pathology (Healius), a NATA-accredited laboratory network assessed to ISO 15189 (Medical laboratories — requirements for quality and competence) against RCPA-aligned standards.
Medicare. FORM Australia tests are privately paid and are not Medicare-rebatable. An Australian-registered doctor requests the selected tests and provides oversight of the results. Private health cover varies; check directly with your fund.
Prescription medicines. Testosterone is a Schedule 4 (prescription-only) medicine in Australia. It can only be prescribed by an Australian-registered doctor after their own assessment.
